Once you register, your profile must be activated by you in order to make sure the email address you gave us is correct.After registration we usually send an email immediately to your address. This email contains an activation link for which you just need to click to start using xnairobi.

Once activated, your profile is immediately released for general public viewing.

After logging into your account, click on the change password link (next to 'Edit profile' header). The system will ask for your old password and then the new one. Alternatively click https://www.xnairobi.com/password

Xnairobi basic members can upload only 3 pictures and can only view profile pictures of other members where as premier members can upload ulimited images and can view all pictures of other members.

Premium membership will last as long as you want. This is only a one time subscription that will last for as long as you continue using the site, until you meet someone new and decide to delete your profile.

There is no limit how many messages you can send, however xnairobi algorithm uses a formula that detects how fast and how many repeated messages you are sending and to prevent spam, if your sent box matches that formula site will restrict you to 150 messages per day.

If you can't login make sure you are entering your username and password correctly. Also make sure your Caps Lock is not on, because passwords are case-sensitive. Also, it is possible that your browser is not set to accept cookies.

If you block a member, they will appear on your blacklist. These members will no longer be able to contact you through the site features (messages, chat, favorites), and you will not be able to contact each other. The member will not be able to view your profile. To add a members from your blacklist, go to the user's page.

Once you are logged in to your account, click the profile icon on the top of the page. Scroll down to the 'Edit Profile' section and make changes to your profile.The modifications you make will immediately be effected in your profile.

You can change your email address by going to your profile in the "Edit profile" area. The mail field is located right at the top of the Edit section when you're logged in. From there, enter your new email address and press "save changes" after you make the update.

The basic service is free. As a free basic member, you can create an account, upload your profile and photos, send up to 10 winks, and search our database for members to see if we have anyone at an estate in nairobi for you. This is all available before you pay a shilling. If you decide that you would like to upgrade, then yes there is a small fee.
